As the title says – “Buildings and Land” – this is our business. We develop, build, lease and manage all types of residential and commercial properties throughout Atlantic Canada.

In New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI our building developments consist of projects to hold for long term profitable return on investment. We plan, lease and develop buildings that both fit into the communities we serve and provide suitable lease space for quality tenants. The bulk of our commercial tenants have been with us for over ten years, some over twenty and we maintain and keep our properties current so as to continue this trend.

On the residential leasing side, our main focus for apartment rentals is in Fredericton. We provide well kept, quiet yet affordable one, two and three bedroom apartments serving a variety of tenant ages. Again, many of our tenants are long term with one special tenant having been with us since the 1970’s! Our mobile home park in Truro Nova Scotia with 80 pads is scheduled for a major expansion in 2011 upon the completion of municipal water services being provided along Pictou Road which has been approved by the Provincial Government in Nova Scotia.

Land development has long been a mainstay of our firm. Some of our developments include the prestigious Garden Place in Southside Fredericton (completed in 1999), Gilridge Estates in Northside Fredericton (underway with over 270 lots remaining to be developed), Kirkwood Estates Oromocto (underway), Charters Settlement (outside Fredericton, Mazerrolle Settlement (outside Fredericton), Belgrave Drive Charlottetown, Reids Corner, Summerside and others yet to be announced.
